Redwood Waterpark and Resort

Spacious very clean and accomodating staffs. :) great job! Good for company team building etc. One of the best water parks I've seen so far :)

Staff were uninviting. Only the entrance guard was hospitable. It also would be better if staff had uniform so you could tell them apart from civilian. The inflatable area was so unpleasant to see because of the dirt and molds on the inflatable grounds.

Relaxing and the water is very very enjoyable to swim with not cold not warm.. Fresh air and friendly staffs.

we've been here three times now and we'll be back for sure. life vest and floaters are of good quality. life guards are scattered everywhere for the safety of all visitors and guests. the design of the waterpark is modern and smart. no wonder it was being used as a location of some tv shows and films. the water in the pool is clear and clean. playing in the wave pool is fun. will try their floating playground next time. definitely a must visit

The Inflatable activity was so fun. The wave pool was not that good but the waves on river-like pool was amazing that it felt like we're really on the sea. They have free life jackets and lifesavers too. Though I think they should have a deeper pool for those who really wants to swim. Their shower rooms are clean.
