Norie & Chie Flower Shop

They did not delivered my order at a said mall and left it out at a far guard house (that was not part of the mall but village guard house). I have to bother some people to get the flowers where they have left it even though I have paid the delivery charges. The flowers were already dead from the sun. They even argued and never apologized for what they did. Did not even offer a refund or re-delivery. This is just for an Inaugural arrangement, how much more for events. Worst transaction! I am thankful for Camila V Flowers with same transaction and instructions (I have to "order again" after all the trouble I went through), they have delivered it hassle free!
