Doctors are good they explain very well to the patients. Very nice and friendly nurses and staff. Clean place. Price is affordable yet good services.

I find the administration of this hospital very greedy and possibly a bit racists. While confined the plastic cover of the a/c unit fell off and cracked. When it was time for men to be discharged I found a charge on my bill to pay for it as if I broke it myself. Not only were they charging me but the just came up with an outrageously high figure. I tried talking to billing all the way to the Hospital Administrator and was told that I had no choice but to pay for it. When I explained that it was not because of misuse that it was broken they said they heard me arguing in my room and that is how they believe it was broken. I finally managed to get them to agree that if I could find and replace the part on my own they would reimburse me for the charge on my bill. I was able to find the part which brand new cost 200 pesos. THEY HAD CHARGED ME 3000!!!!!!! I will never return there unless I have no other choice

Went to visit the er this afternoon for immediate medication because of asthma since yesterday. I got annoyed with the female doctor and nurse on duty they arent accomodating. Theres no aggresiveness and they are very relaxed and you wil feel they got disturbed since the er is empty and seemingly they are enjoying their chitchat. The female doctor did not even sit down and talked to me while i am seated. Just imagine me seated talking t9 her standing. So nakatingala ako db? I was just not feeling well and its so bad that i just let it pass. I wish these people would understand why people go the hospitals. And u guys should try to be more compassionate.

Been confined here. Nurses are friendly and polite. Private room is good and clean. And ample parking area.
