WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY DON'T DESERVE A SINGLE STAR.We brought our clothes THURSDAY. The lady said it will be available on MONDAY afternoon. TUESDAY: I booked grab car to pick it up. I thought it will be available since I gave them AMPLE TIME (4DAYS). Needless to say I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED because it's not ready. I told the lady they should be able to deliver it at home to compensate the inconvenience. They said yes BUT THEY ASKED ME to shoulder the expense. I wanted to be the better person so I agreed. The following day, they delivered it and asked PHP200. It's too OVERPRICED. It would only cost me Php80 to pick it up myself! I WASTED P400.00! UNRELIABLE AND JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
