Very organized in scheduling and following safety protocols. Staff are respectful and has genuine love for animals. Rates of vaccines and check ups are reasonable.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. The doctors are very good in treating pets. Plus the clinic is very well equipped with the necessary machines & equipment. They are very trustworthy 🥰

For a first time fur mom like me, I really need a reliable vet clinic and glad that I discovered Kings Road Veterinary Clinic and Grooming Center - Kendra's second home. I would like to commend their friendly staff for doing beyond what is expected since day one. They did very well from Kendra's first shot/vaccine , grooming and laboratory test. All the doctors are very professional. This clinic continues to strive and improve even more. It's definitely a one-stop shop for all the fur parents out there. That is the reason why I made a vlog about their online appointment - they're doing an excellent customer service during this time of pandemic. Great timely service. Having an appointment will speed things up. Staff will attend to you and will tell you to wait in your car and they will look for you. They will bring your pet to you as well.

Very Satisfied with the service n rates r reasonable, we are regular visitors to this clinic and todate we have taken 5 of our cats and 1 dog for vaccinations and treatment for various illness and the staff has always been kind and gentle while handling our dear pets. We know they r left in good hands when we have to leave them for longer periods. I strongly recommend this clinic to all pet owners.
