This bank is the first bpi branch if you're coming from out of town (estancia and kalibo directions) so understandably, they bear the brunt of the clients from around the area AND out of towners as well. I suggest transacting in the late afternoons (around 3pm) to allow for a better experience. Also, expect mondays and beginning-of-week operations to be crowded as is true and appicable with ALL banks. As far as the management and tellers, they do their jobs as best as they can.

Worst branch ever. Dont waste your time and dont open an account or make any trasactions on this branch. Lousy service. No one would dare to assist you.
