Since I like boxing and MMA, Muscles and Curves Fitness Center grab my attention instantly. Sure enough, the Gym is very holistic in its approach to fitness and fight training. Training there is both fun and intense. The people are great... friendly but motivates you to do better than your last session.

If you're just into general fitness and bodybuilding. The. The equipments here are enough. However, if you're sport is powerlifting then you better find another gym.

Muscles and Curves Iloilo is the best gym in town! They offer a wide variety of fitness programs such as plyometrics, bodybuilding, boxing, and muay thai. The instructors/trainers are very helpful, accommodating and fun to be with. If you want to get into shape with a very affordable gym rate, start signing up and be one of us! =)
