Nurses are attentive and provide needed care. In house doctors are may be competent and could say otherwise to visiting doctors. The halls are spacious and clean. Never stay here if you want adequate food that caters to a diet provided by your doctor.the food was worst. management staff are nightmare. Very slow in attending clients and doesn't provide instructions although 5 stars to the concierge for they seem to be the only ones trained to accommodate folks

Surgery Dept. Is worst.. Been waiting for my wife's Sss form to be signed by her doctor.. 3 months passed... Nothing Happened.. Still Unsigned.. the only thing that's Fast on this hospital is when their taking your Money...

Grateful to the 2nd floor staff and nurses who took good care of our 2 kiddos in their 5-day confinement at the hospital. Warm and kind assistance of ER staff and quick response at the admitting section re our room reservation (06/25 1pm) were very much appreciated too. Thank you all!

Contact numbers not working or just rings and when finally got through was asked to callback atleast thrice. Abysmal customer service.

Phones are only ringing. No one answers for a long period of time and several times, a sign of a bad customer service.
