Excellent. Ambience is relaxing. Amenities are complete. Water is smooth in flow with hot/cold system. Welcoming and assertive staff.

It was such an awful experience from the internet not working, being sent to 3 different rooms and then the management didn't know how to handle our compliant at all. Do not book to stay here! We checked into the Marriott for our final 2 nights as it was so bad.

Nice place but being told internet MAY be back on in the evening was a problem. My job depends on internet. I lost way more money than I saved choosing this hotel

This hotel has nice rooms and calm area. Management on the other hand is terrible. Check in took over an hour - we were given the wrong room class twice before actually getting what we booked. Internet is not functional, concerns were addressed to hotel manager. We were told we would get a response within two hours - it's the next day and still no internet more solution. They offered free breakfast to apologise but they won't let us choose what to eat because it's "free" plus we can only consume it in our room. They don't seem to want to accept their mistakes either. Bottom line - don't book this hotel till management is sorted out.

Excellent service from front desk, extremely welcoming with all the smiles! Hotel amazingly beautiful, sparkling clean, complete of amenities, located in a quiet location. Lighthouse, man made lake, pools, garden etc... were just awesome! Well priced as well!
