YASA Petshop @ GT Mall Pavia - i am very disappointed with their service. It is a BIG NO to come back. 👎😝 VERY POOR SERVICE. When spa and grooming are no longer pleasurable to your pet better not to. It's no longer a good treat it's a trauma... pressing its nail to make it obedient? Throwing unkind words? Unpatient staff for pets, where is ur heart to ur job? Petshop should be a place for pet lovers... paying for complete yet incomplete service. Maybe with training certificate to be called skilled but without passion and compassion. Poor doggies for drop and pick up, unlucky furparents. You can not see on how was it done.

Good selection of cat food. Not always easy to find in Iloilo.
