it's spacious,just nearby the market,plaza,church, along the way, so accessible. The former rural bank of pavia is now located here with its new name"Queen bank". pink spa is located here too. I hope, more tenants will occupy the spaces, maybe the owner could lower the rent so that the businessmen can afford and sustain their businesses too. As of writing, the lgu of pavia, is using the 2nd floor wide space for business permit processing and its perfect! One stop shop for the tax payers, except that they still have to personally report at Bureau of fire protection office. So far, its great.
