The Rockefeller university of Asia with a beautiful campus. CPU is the legacy institution of the American titan, John Rockefeller. His grant made possible for the founding of the institution in 1905. Founded by William Valentine under the auspices of the American Baptist Foreign Mission Society, it is the first Baptist founded and second American university in the Philippines and Asia. CPU is CHED National Centers of Excellence in Agriculture and Business Administration and National Centers of Development in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Teacher Education.
