The staff are friendly and courteous. They offer many services including cesarean section. However they are not 24/7 since the pandemic.

I like that they have enough space for waiting as well as enough stock of food supplies and even toys. And i picked them because they were the first to appear when I checked google for veterinary clinics and their rating is high. I am not really from iloilo so i am not familiar. My kitten is actually a stray one i got from the garbage. Looked just few weeks old but vet said he is already about 3 months old. I adopted him out of pity. Very skinny and probably not one that catches attention. In short, not the "cute" one most would call. Not sure if this is why the vet and the staff who attended to us didn't seem that nice. Like the vet simply asked me to hold my kitten and just inserted the syringe and pushed in the dewormer. It was just the second day since i found the kitten so you could probably imagine how scared he is of people at this point. I felt bad because my usual experience with my dogs' vet (in another city) is they pet the dogs first before they administer anything. And they do these to all the pets they encounter in their clinic. I was expecting to be told when will his vaccinations be since i told them where he came from but i had to ask. I was not even asked if i wanted him groomed despite their knowledge that he is a stray cat. So i thought it is a default part of the visit. Anyway, maybe it's just a bad day, not a bad clinic.

Quality xray for pets. We had our puppy x-rayed and it costs ₱850.00.

Highly recommended. It's a friendly place, with amazing staff that seem to me as people who really care about the well-being of your dog. I bought my pup over there for her shots and the people in charge of injecting her were really kind and gave her lots of praises once the procedure was over. I absolutely loved them. Other furry patients were pretty much behaved, so I don't worry over encountering an aggressive dog. To sum it up, I believe it's one if the greatest veterinary clinics in Western Visayas.
