I get my bread here every morning. It’s super soft and always fresh. The bread in Fresh Bake is very affordable, bigger and very soft not like the other pandesal bread from other stores that gets hard after just one hour. The owner told me that they don’t use any chemicals in their bread. It’s all natural and traditional. That is why each bread takes over 3 hours to make. I also like their Long ensaymada, yema rolls and Ube slice. They also have pizza on weekends and they use Italian mozarella cheese and Italian tomatoes; not the local quickmelt cheese and ketchup. The bread gets sold out quickly in the morning so be sure to be there early when they open.
