No noon break but officers were leaving their desk causing us, a paying citizen to wait until they complete their lunch. The people were waiting and waiting until the officer will say...next...only in the Philippines. Thought they are following the President's directive..NO NOON BREAK Another issue was the Guard who allows the guest car to get in at exactly 8am. The problem is my Google time and cellular phone were showing 8am. But the Guard says..he will follow his clock. Oh my...even his clock is not right, he will still follow. Finally we were get in at 8:30am

Staffs are generally fine, no problem at all during I processed something in this office.
