Queue/waiting time is too long. I was a solo customer when I entered. Then another customer (C2) came after me. I was given a slip and promised to have the photos ready within 30 minutes. I came back to the shop after 20 minutes and was told my photos aren’t ready yet. So I sat by to wait for longer. Then C2 came back to the shop and got her photos already. I took a peek and there seems to be someone who came after me that is in the shop near the staff who takes care of printing. 3 minutes later he got out and got his photos before me! Then the staff got out after him saying that my photos are not yet done and that they are out of paper! Another 5 minutes and yet another man got out of the shop. Seems to be a bunch of photographers who did insert in the queue before the other customers. I know because I recognize one of them as a regular photographer to churches nearby. Got my photos hot off the printer by 45 minutes.

Worst service at all. If only I can rate a NEGATIVE star, I would. You should train your employees to atleast respect their customers and change their frown into smiles. Also, the quality of the picture is bad. Gasayang-sayang rakos akong kwarta, panahon ug atensyon ninyo. I won't recommend this place.
