Indian Fusion Cebu

Dear Indian Fusion Cebu. Please hurry up and make a physical restaurant already! I am craving for more of your delicious food and would love to visit your place everyday! Your chicken biryani is THE BEST! It is usually hard to eat chicken. Oftentimes, a lot of the chicken meat is wasted as it sticks to the bones, but your chicken, is so soft and tender. You can even just take away the bones and no chicken meat comes along with it. I LOVE IT! 😋 OH! And I definitely love to have samosa with it. 😁

Indian Fusion blew my expectations away from the very first bite that I took of their Chicken Tikka Masala - the chicken was tender and cooked all the way through, no effort needed to cut through it. Their samosa's pastry is not thick and oily unlike other ones that I have tried that would leave a sloppy aftertaste, and as long as you're looking for an authentic spice-loaded Indian dish, just think Indian Fusion! I have tried other Indian-Filipino fusions in Cebu before that I thought were satisfactory already but these guys, Indian Fusion, really know their A game when it comes to these hearty Indian meals and surely, they're now my go-to Indian food seller! Best thing is they're so close to where we live! They're incredibly on-time and accommodating. 😊 (Couldn't take more decent photos because: HUNGRY)
