It's a safe travel distance from my place so very convenient. I just wish there were no cockroaches inside the supermarket shelves etc...it really annoys me also when they do not turn on or switch on the escalators or one of the escalators. Most of the times, the air conditioning inside the store could be a lot better or colder. Most of the items are fairly priced or affordable. I also wish they have more choices of cheeses, ice creams, meats & other food items. I think it would be great if they had a deli inside the supermarket since a lot of wealthy people live in the vicinity anyway & can afford to pay for deli items & so that you don't have to travel to Rustan's or Robinson's Galleria to buy deli items etc...a lot of the staff are friendly & accommodating. There's limited parking space in the basement area. Hope this review helps since this is the biggest store in the Tisa / Labangon area.

Gaisano Capital Tisa Even since the pandemic, doing groceries here in our Place have been challenging. No longer are we able to buy and shop as we normally do from our regular shopping places like SM Seaside, Ayala Center Cebu, SM City Cebu and even the nearby One Pavillion Mall in Banawa. The Gaisano Capital Tisa proved to be a savior. They may not be as big as those mentioned above but they do provide the basics. What I love the most and I should mention it straight up, is that the parking fee is free, yes, it is free, at least for now. Their sister mall in Banawa, One Pavillion Mall, no longer offers free parking, at least for those who even shopped inside. They ask 20 pesos for the first three hours, so yes it is an ouch. What I am not quite comfortable though is that there is no entrance to the mall from within the basement parking, so you need to walk up back to the mall entrance and bear in mind, you are going to be walking along with cars coming in and out of the parking area. There is however access to the basement parking from the first floor, but is small, like there is only one way stairway traffic. I need to mention there is a ramp, which is good. If you have bought plenty you may need to ask assistance from their baggers as it would difficult to climb down the stairs with your hands busy carrying huge loads. The shopping experience is fine, be it in the groceries, in the department section, restaurants or specialty shops. Mind you again, this is a small establishment. So don’t expect big brands, but your basics are covered here. You have 2 restaurants serving Filipino food, one is unlimited rice ala Mang Inasal. There is a pawnshop, a massage or reflexology area, you have Dunkin Donuts, there is Rose Pharmacy, hardware and home kitchen section. Up in the second, the department section, clothes, furniture, toys, educational supplies and all. Be advised though that there are 2 restrooms in this building. On the ground is a paid one, you need to shell out 10 pesos for you to use the rest room there. But there is another restroom on the second floor and  it is free. Overall, the shopping experience at Gaisano Capital Tisa is just fine. During off peak hours and sometimes during peak hours, the cashiers are limited, like there are only 2 counters running at 6 o clock in the evening shift and the queues are lengthy, yes unbelievable, you just need to be patient, manpower can be very limited these days. Inside the groceries, all your basics are covered too. But if there is one thing I love about Gaisano Capital Tisa is their price. It is incredibly lower compared to Ayala and SM like sometimes almost 3 to 5 pesos cheaper. Just take for example, chips like VCut, it costs 11 pesos only at GCT but 14 pesos from other groceries. Yes! For now, there is nothing I can say that they should improve on, expectations, again should be adjusted, as workforce is limited. I just hope that they maintain their cheap pricing.
