New Dapitan City Hall

Dapitan might be an old name, but after crossing the river this majestic hall will enthral you with what the city has to offer. One of the modern structures in the city, it is a nice place to spend the lazy afternoon in. The facade is picturesque and offers good view of the esplanade in front.

Ready to serve for the people

One of he most modern City Halls in ZamPen (although I would prefer a more classic architecture of Dapitan's City Hall to complement its laid-back character. Its location is very strategic as this is the very first building you'll notice when you enter the Poblacion. However, for me though, this edifice could be place somewhere and not beside the coast. In an onslaugt of a disaster, a tsunami in this case, the government center will be the first casualty instead of providing the initial response during disaster. Dapitan City Hall is few of the government centers equipped with elevators and a centralized aircon unit. Even the comfort rooms have aircon units. ☺️
