Binucot Beach Resort

I loved the ambiance

A very nice place placed directly on the beach. Excellent service and best of all they are serving cold draft beer - love it!

Friendly staff, great food, beautiful beach, great sunsets in the sea, snorkeling directly on the beach possible with many beautiful fish and corals. Sometimes a bit difficult to get into the water at low tide. 3 stars deduction for: 1. We had booked "Deluxe Double Room", then we got the so-called room "Uwe". This room is directly behind the bar and next to the kitchen. It was often loud until late into the night, the night watchman shone often with the flashlight in the window and the room was strangely equipped. For example, there was no light switch at the entrance. So you had to be careful not to trip over the bed in the dark to turn on the light. In the bathroom there were no curtains or blinds on the windows. Everyone at the pool could look in directly. There was neither a remote control nor a DVD player for the TV. 2. We were promised on arrival that we could move into one of the booked rooms from the second night on. The next day we were told that the move was not possible after all. Apparently more valuable guests arrived. CONCLUSION: We would not anymore book this accommodation for overnight stays. There are other resorts on the same beach that are just as cheap or even cheaper and well equipped. You can still eat at the Binucot Beach Resort. --------------------------------------------------------------- Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, schöner Strand, tolle Sonnenuntergänge im Meer, Schnorcheln direkt am Strand möglich mit vielen schönen Fischen und Korallen. Manchmal etwas schwierig ins Wasser zu kommen bei Ebbe. 3 Sterne Abzug für: 1. Gebucht hatten wir "Deluxe Double Room", erhalten hatten wir dann das sogenannte Zimmer "Uwe". Dieses liegt direkt hinter der Bar und neben der Küche. Es war oft laut bis spät in die Nacht hinein, der Nachtwächter leuchtete öfters mit der Taschenlampe ins Fenster und das Zimmer war seltsam ausgerüstet. Zum Beispiel gab es beim Eingang keinen Lichtschalter. Man musste also im Dunkeln quer durchs Zimmer und aufpassen nicht über das Bett zu stolpern, um das Licht einzuschalten. Im Badezimmer gab es bei den Fenstern keine Vorhänge oder Sichtschutz. Jeder beim Pool konnte direkt reinschauen. Zum Fernseher gab es weder Fernbedienung noch DVD-Player. 2. Es wurde uns bei Ankunft versprochen, wir könnten ab der zweiten Nacht in eines der gebuchten Zimmer umziehen. Am nächsten Tag hiess es dann, der Umzug sei doch nicht möglich. Scheinbar sind wertvollere Gäste eingetroffen. FAZIT: Würden wir nicht mehr buchen zum Übernachten. Es gibt am selben Strand noch andere Resorts, die genauso preiswert sind oder sogar noch preiswerter und gut ausgestattet. Essen kann man ja trotzdem im Binucot Beach Resort.
