I check in here for the first time and I thought this hotel would be expensive but the price of hotel is suprising very cheap hotel and good services and nice view on the tuguegarao and buntun

Not that far from places I need to visit in the city. Plus, you can order snack or a massage in your room. Although, the TV are kinda old big boxes. Hot Cold Shower is available too. Cheap price for a good hotel.

Has mosquitoes and hot water is not good in the afternoon.

I've stayed in Ivory for three days, in two different rooms, the first room I stayed at was okay, it was small but it had a spacious bathroom which I really liked, the second room was better and a lot more spacious, but the bathroom was smaller. Service is good. The staff is helpful, they're up to a standard of level of service I expect, neither above or below however the reason why I gave this Hotel an extra star is because of their food selection. Whatever I ordered, I was extremely delighted to eat it and that is what won me over.

Nice spacious parking but mostly full at night. Price is cheap, staffs are nice. Cleanliness is fine. Don't have elevator and no proper restaurant.
