Staff here are very accomodating. I am so proud that they alqays accomodate me so well everytime i purchase from them. Uratex has been almost everywhere in the house. I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service Ms. Liezel, Ms. Joy and Ms. Lorena provided to us. We ordered 9 foam mattresses to be delivered to Gubat, Sorsogon and through email conversations they we’re able to fulfill my requests and delivered the items on time. Great job ladies! We’re now excited to spend our holy week in Bicol as we all know that will be sleeping in a very comfy and durable Uratex foam mattress. Thanks again and more power!!!
