Turtle Cove Island Resort

Just been there with the very hospitable manager JK. Awesome and unique location. If you want true paradise off the beaten track. go there!

This is no longer under management of Paski Cove. It is now known as Turtle Bay. The owners are kind people who are willing to help their guess to find activities in the local area and to make their stay accommodating. This obviously is not a 5-star hotel and it is a bit rustic, but it is away from everything and it takes a boat from calatrava to get there. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good and being right up close to the ocean with three separate coves is amazing. I hope I can return soon.

Horrible!!!! The place itself is not clean, we called and they told us they had a family room for us after our long journey from romblon which meant boat, jepneey and tricycle about 5 hours to get there... when we got there the former owner received us and informed us that he was talking to us all the time on the phone but that he had no clue about actual booking and that no family room is available; only bungalows for 2,500 php each?!?! This after talking to him several times in the phone and spent a lot of money to get there!!! From there on it only got stranger: the hotel seemed abandoned, the chef/receptionist/janitor/men for everything told us there is neither swimming pool nor internet although the hotel website advertises that. Also, that almost all food was unavailable and all activities too as he is alone. Later on, out of nowhere 10 persons appeared, and they just were sleeping under the Palm trees? Generally very shady place.
