Turtle Cove Island Resort

Just came from Turtle Cove and i just enjoyed my time there. Accomodations were simple but you have an entire cove to yourself where you can find white sand and clean and clear waters. You can also just while away your time in the hammock in Cove 3 and let the wind and waves lull you to sleep. You can also have a snack in their mini hut overlooking the sea in between Cove 2 and 3. Food was delicious. Home Cooked Quality Meals served by their Reliable and Friendly Staff Bert and Ronnel. James the manager was friendly and efficient, very nice guy to talk to. If you want to experience Island Living with a White Beach in front of you then Turtle Cove is the place to go to The place was mode more Charming by its people. Definitely an amazing vacation in Romblon.

Amazing location for a bargain price!

We had a nice relaxed vacation, we pretty much had the 3 coves to ourselves.

I was blessed to stay there alone, so had the whole resort for myself which is a paradise for introverts. But there were some difficulties you have to know about: 1. It's hard to get to (30 min by a private boat only) and you need to be careful choosing a capitan, because some of them will claim that they have a contract with the resort while not and try to overcharge you. Normal price for transfer is 250php. 2. Resort restaurant is the only food option there and it's extremely overpriced. Well, prices would be reasonable if meals were truly "healthy" as they claim. Overfried and oily eggs with the same ham and zero vegetables by no means is a healthy meal and can't cost 290php. 3. If you go there to see turtles like me be ready to hear: "Turtles? What turtles? We don't have them, but you can take a boat tour to see them". " Will I see turtles if i take a tour? " "No, no this time of the year". " So what's the point of taking a turtle tour?" "..." " What time of the year should I come to see turtles?" "Oh, I don't know". On the other side, the place itself saves the situation, it's so beautiful, quiet, clean and internet-free that you won't regret about not seeing turtles any second.

Turtle Cove Island Resort is the Newest Resort-Retreat to Open up in January 2017 after extensive Renovations previously called Paksi Cove Resort, for it compares to the Top Island Resorts at Palawan at a fraction of the price, and in my view should be in the top 10 in the World. TABLAS Island is a Hidden Treasure where Tourists are few, however now with Cebu Pacific flying in Direct from Manila & Major Ferry services Daily, it is easy to get there now. Turtle Cove is an experience in Philippines Natural Beauty, where you will just Fall in Love with its many Private Beautiful beach Cove's, lovely coral coloured sand and wonderful swimming or snorkelling, and is not to be missed if you truly want a relaxing time and not just a place to sleep, from where you to like me will have found that elusive well versed phrase of Paradise, here Paradise Does Exist, don't Miss it.🤠
