I found this clinic just by merely researching dental clinics in Naga City. I tried calling them a couple of times in the morning by telephone and mobile but got no answer so I decided to visit the clinic myself, they said they are open from 9AM to 6PM but when I reached there the clinic was still closed and it was 10AM. I tried calling the mobile number again it was ringing but no answer. When I was about to leave the receptionist arrived, she said the telephone is broken and she got my calls on mobile. I don’t know why she didn’t bother calling me back. Anyway I booked my appointment and got my cleaning done. I can see that their Facebook page is very active and marketing post are inviting one of the reasons I decided to contact them. I would suggest to have your telephone fixed and advice your employees to answer mobile calls as you almost lost a customer.
