Mandaluyong City Hall

Had yo enter through the back of the executive building. They put a line/waiting area there. Possibly also because there's rubble in front where they will be building a coliseum I heard. Small to medium sized coliseum?

Clean sorroundings and a disciplined community. They have fast service, my transaction took me only less than five minutes, from Assesors Office to the Cashier for the payment of my Aunt's amilyar. All government offices of the City of Mandaluyong were located inside the compound so no need to travel if you have another transactions. The police station of Mandaluyong was located here also. Kudos to all.

Cool place lots of places to go to, limited parking spots and somehow a bit confusing roads/street. Bonus points for concentrated govt office though.

From my experience, it's well organized. It's just too many people are doing different transactions in City Hall.

Construction ongoing where the old buildings were. There is parking if you manage to find a spot in front of the city hall it's just a bit difficult to manuever as the space is small and there are lots of people walking here and there. The city hall people were very helpful and we managed to pay taxes quickly enough.
