Makati City Hall

I went there this week for the business permit renewal and the procedure is still the same, all manual with lots of stations to queue. Other cities already have online processing or even just something like a one-stop-shop where you process and pay all permits in one queue. Being one of the best cities in PH, I hope they improve it soon. I still commend the very organized process though.

The government is trying their best. The court rooms here are always among the best. I just hope they can find a better system of getting people on the lifts faster.

A bit crowded and busy for Makati City local government concerns but processing is not half bad. Unless you're in a rush. Tip in coming, you can bring someone with you to stay on the car while you process as parking is difficult.

In my experience The Makati City hall staff are caring and even you are pwd you priority... And they care you from biginning until you finish ... your needed requirements...organized...step by step.....
