Watsons Savemore Sampaloc (Click & Collect)

There are 3 watsons in Sm Manila, 3flr, Lower ground beside surplus shop and lower ground in the supermarket. The only watsons that is professional ,entertaining and friendly is at the supermarket.Never a day in which I visited this place that they didn't ruined my day. One staff at the 3rd floor was a gay guy which I had a bad experience with.He was a sarcastic one and wanted me to hurry up on my order when I was still thinking of how much my money could fit,on the price that he had given.He wasn't able to wait for just few seconds for me to calculate then he asked the person beside me on what to order,I find that so rude.On the other hand, the lower ground beside surplus doesn't know what they are doing,they let you wait for a long time of an order and then in the end you won't get any coz they don't know what it is.Well I posted this coz it seems the staff doesn't care of any standard at all coz they are proud to say "we don't have a customer service hotline where you can complain,just write a letter instead. I'm not stupid enough to write a letter when I know you will just tore it in a while. If there was other pharmacy near my workplace I wouldn't bother buying here due to terrible customer service. I don't think your management could read this like they care,but there are lots of customers who reads reviews online before they buy stuff remember that.
