The only massage spa in Lio Beach. I tried but regretted it. Pleasant enough staff but wholly incompetent as masseuses. Save your time and money

ALWAYS READ REVIEWS. This is the only massage place in Lio beach. I have read the reviews but my mom and I badly needed the massage. We availed the Php950 combo package (90 minutes massage. Have the initiative to wash your feet before the massage because they will not offer. They have a clean bathroom with soap where you could do that. The place is okay. Each section is separated by a thick curtain. The area is cool enough but not too cold. Nothing special about the massage. Direct them where you want to put focus on. They used a lot of oil on me. Twice did another staff came in on my room and talked with my masseuse. They discussed their queuing. Ugh. I was so tired I dozed off a little bit. Post massage, they offered a towel. Since they used a lot of oil, I hurriedly wiped it on my arms. Big mistake. It smelled so bad. I’m happy to have caught it before I wiped it anywhere else on my body. They offered a hot beverage as well. They almost got a three rating but I can still smell my arms. I hope they’ll improve or maybe someone puts up a competing massage spa.

Very poor service. I called in the afternoon to book, they confirmed 9pm. After a couple hours from booking, they asked to move to 9:45pm, I agreed. At 9:40 I messaged that we were on our way. Upon getting there, the room wasn't available until after 10:30pm. After all that going back and forth, they couldn't be bothered giving accurate info. We just up and left. So disappointing...

I make an appointment for the next day, have me fill a form and the day of the appointment told me that I have no reservation. disastrous service.
