Avoid this tour provider. The boat they provided did not have enough life jackets. Several life jackets were torn or safety straps were broken.

My family and I took tour A on Dec 16 at 10 am as recommended by the front desk of Seda Lio. However our boat had engine trouble the entire time on our return trip to the town proper; and the bad thing was that the boatdriver knew there was a problem. Yet he still used his boat on our tour. What if we got stuck in the middle of the sea? The tour operator should be more vigilant in inspecting the tour boats because you are dealing with the safety and lives of your clients.

I asked the hotel recreation coordinator to book our tour A on the day of our arrival in El Nido. I was given the option to prepay Or pay on the day of the tour. I opted to pay on the day of the tour. The tour representative was at the hotel lobby to receive the payment but she said she did not have official receipts with her. She promised to give us the receipt in the afternoon. We came back from the trip and there was no receipt. On Day 2 we had a scheduled tour again. Same girl arrived saying she had no receipts with her. I told her that she failed to bring my receipt from the previous day. Oh, she forgot!!! Again!!!! Then when I inquired about a discrepancy between the amount I gave her and the ecotourism fee that I paid at the port and the bill that has been sent to me a week prior, she acknowledged her mistake of charging me for 6 pax when we were only 5 pax. So she promised to come back to give my refund of P1440 and the receipt... And apparently she forgot again! I DID NOT GET BACK MY REFUND!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is to give consideration to our boat crew and coordinator who did their best during our tour under the heavy rains. But for that sales office representative, it is a negative 10!!!

Took Option A tour on August 3, 2018 the tour itself was nice but after the tour we had to wait 45 minutes for the transport back to the hotel! The excuse we were given was that others GUESTS came back early from the trip so had to be taken back first! Our tour guide Erwin got a text message saying we had to move to another pick up location! We walked almost 5 minutes in the rain and flooded roads! When we got there no transport! Another call was made to find out where the transport was and was informed ON THE WAY! CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT WE WERE COLD AND SOAKING WET FROM HEAD TO TOES! THE TOUR COMPANY DID NOT HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO INFORM US AT LEAST TRANSPORT IS RUNNING LATE AND TAKE THE GUESTS SOMEWHERE WARM! BUT NO, ONCE AGAIN WE WERE TOLD TRANSPORT ON THE WAY! WAITEF 45 MINUTES LIKE WET AND HEADLESS CHICKENS AND THIS SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY ABYSMAL AND UNACCEPTABLE! PLUS THE TOUR REP NAMED MARS HAD THE AUDACITY TO BE PATRONISING AND RUDE! COMMUNICATION IS VITALLY IMPORTANT AND IT DOESNT COST A PENNY TO HAVE COMMON COURTESY LET ALONE A PHD OR A UNIVERSITY DEGREE! AWFUL AND REALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
