Absolute rubbish when it comes down to customer service. Arrived to the airport 40 mins before the flight in a tiny airport (El Nido). The staff would not check us in and requested us to rebook to another flight and even made us pay the price differrence... Avoid when you have a choice!

A gorgeous airport that is privately-owned, so it’s super clean, has free water, has 2 small shops, and friendly staff who let you go out of the airport if you want to grab coffee outside. The staff at both cafes were super friendly and warm! And the ambiance of this airport is very nice.

A lot of delay and cancelled flights make sure you book extra baggage in Advance !! Lio beach air is a monkey show mass chaos ! If your flight is cancelled you will stay in a nice hotel they will take good care of you !
