The nurses and staff were very accommodating. However, they cannot handle dogs with special needs. My puppy is very cautious and is not quick to befriend strangers since I only got him this quarantine and I can't bring him out a lot. The nurses and the doctor cornered my puppy which made him more cautious and respond in an aggressive way. He bit 2 nurses and the doctor because he felt cornered and scared. The nurses kept placing a blanket on my puppy's face saying that it is to keep him from seeing the nurses put a muzzle on him. They didn't have a behaviorist around and we had a very hard time taming and calming our puppy at home because he became very anxious and scared of people especially when seeing blankets and cloths. Even when he is sleeping, he tends to get angry if he feels someone going near him. My puppy's experience in this clinic was really tremendous for him. It affected him so much that we decided not to take him back to this clinic. To the staff, nurses, and doctors in this clinic, thank you so much for your hardwork. But please avoid doing this to other pets. You should've known that puppies aren't supposed to be cornered and that they might feel scared and attacked with the approach you did.
