Billy Jacks Panciteria

Just had to take time to say some kind words about Billy Jacks Panciteria and the staff- from back to front. You see, I’m a vegetarian, which, in the Philippines is like having three arms. I wanted so badly to try the local food but my body just can’t handle meat anymore. So I got brave and went here. Explaining “no meat” was about as challenging as I thought it would be, and after an almost comical all-staff meeting in the back, complete with both cooks peeking their heads out to see who in the world is ordering pancit with no beef, cracklings, balut, fish, fish sauce, oyster sauce or any of the other things that they probably think makes food worth eating, they delivered the all veggie dish I was hoping for. And it was amazing. And I thank them from my heart for helping me experience a little bit of their culture without laughing or pointing or making me feel any stranger than I already do here. I will be back.

The area is accessible which gives you ease going. With all the different choices of "Pansit Batil Patong" in Tuguegarao City, this one is a really something you wanna keep going to. The noodle is thinner than the usual noodle for "Pansit Batil Patong" and juicy if you are not into dry noodle. The quantity is lesser than the usual serving that other gives but it comes with a perfect taste, combination of toppings and all. The place is neat and conformable to eat with its dark theme and wall with semi vandalized wall.
