Worst branch of Watsons I encountered. Staff are not familiar in handling with credit card and SM Advantage card so they (took three of their staff to assist me) ended up charging twice to my account. I appreciate that they will do everything to settle this inconvenience but it would take weeks for my money to be returned. It was very disappointing since I shop here frequently until this inconvenience occurred.
