Fortunate for them 1 star is the lowest. I would've put in here zero star. I should've gotten a refund from a defective gas burner. But instead I need to buy stuff I don't need for the same amount I paid. It was just one day since I bought it. Stupid policy!

You need to ask the staff for help. They are not proactive in helping you look for the stuff you need or making a sale. There was one instance that a staff asked me to give him money in replace that he will price the item for a discounted price.

They have huge variety of hardware supplies. Benefitial for those who are into DIY and stuff.

Good items, friendly and kind staff. Good job!
