We ordered 4 pcs chicken wings n 4 pcs legs take out. When we opened d bucket NO leg part of chicken found inside the bucket!!!! And not crunchy.😢☹

Since Im working as a call center agent,were almost eating outside.Sometimes we have hectic shedule specially we have shifting schedule so were most likely looking for a fast food.And I always went to kfc to grab some dinner or breakfast.What I like in the kfc they have different food other than fast food restaurants.Not like jollibee and mcdo they almost have the same products.In kfc I like the fries its flavorful and also the mushroom soup but one thing I notice they dont put much mushroom on it,unlike before they put enough mushroom on it.I also like the california maki roll its really good for snacks.The service is good,one thing I dont like is they dont have a proper plate for gravy.They will just give you a square plate for gravy.I hope they will change it.I want them to add products like fruit shakes.My favorite food in kfc is the fries,mushroom soup and coleslaw.Sometimes there chicken is not fresh its not juicy.I always eat in bluewave mall so I hope you guys improve it.There's one more thing the comfort room is always smelly everytime I eat there.I dont know why they cant clean it properly its a fast food restaurant people dine in there.They should make sure they always have clean comfort room.
