i just bought lipstick and mascara, i feel disappointed cause, both items were not the same as what i have tested and requested to be purchased. I want it both to be replace but the mascara was already opened thats how i found out that it is not the color i bought. Unfortunately i already lost the receipt and handing only the smac points redemption terminal copy. ill be visiting the same branch for replacement. thanks.

I shopped here thrice and the shop is just okay. They have the standard products Watsons have. The staff is okay, I just encountered once a staff that is not attentive on her counter. She is called several times by her co-worker to man the counter but she is just texting in the corner.
