They do an excellent job on your feet, great value as well!

Last year very ok naman sa akin ang salon na ito.. pero last month I had a haircut and para bang hindi professional ung nag gupit sa akin, I'm disappointed but still bumalik ako for mani and pedi and to my dismay pati mani and pedi na hindi na rin maganda..what happen? ... :(

In Wow Salon putatan infront of a well known pizza parlor, the staff are very unprofessional especially LOT and HEIDI. They kept on chatting without even bothering that there are customers waiting. Its like they are making excuses. This LOT AND HEIDI of Putatan Wow, is simply a type of persons na "madiskarte" at "mapagbilang" especially when they knew that the service to be made is less than 100.00. They are after the tip and makwenta sa kaowa staff at sa oras. Poor people. Noong walang trabaho nghahanap ng trabaho,oero ng nagkatrabaho na nagmamataas na at akala mo kung sino na. Kayo ang sumisira sa reputataion ng Wow. Ang kapal nyong dalawa.

You guys have the WORST service ever, VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. If I could just report you to barangay then I would. It should be illegal for something so bad to be even running an establishment. I availed a so called "Hair Spa, 200php" and "Head Massage (or whatever it's called), 50php". If i've known that this parlorista would just put some kind of conditioner on my head, and massage my head half-assed, to which I paid a good 50PHP, then I wouldn't have even come here in the first place. But this isn’t where the problem ends. Firstly, the girl in the counter told me to wait 20mins. but became more than 30mins., which wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t saw a lot of available 'parloristas' chatting with each other when there were like, 5 of us waiting. The girl who attended to me was by far the RUDEST person i've ever met. She handled me very roughly, was pulling my hair, making a mess (scratching my face, getting water all over the place) when she washed my hair. And when I asked if she could 'massage' my head, she rudely told me to “Lagay ko muna yung conditioner, hintay ka. Mamaya pa yun.” I was baffled because the manner in which she said it was so rude. But I managed to bear it. So I suffered a good 30mins. Because my head was itching so BADLY but there were many customers so I didn’t make a fuss ‘cause I didn’t want to ruin WoW Salon’s reputation so I just dealt with it until she came and told me that it’s time to wash my hair. Obviously, she didn’t wash it very well and the so called “head massage” to which I paid 50php was just she scratching my head here and there, when I could do that myself, I WAS SO VERY UNSATISFIED. Now came to the part where she was gonna blow dry my hair, the hairblower was so HOT and I think it’s because she wants to rush to which I was the one who suffered for it left my hair looking so bland and dry. I asked if she could make my bangs fall flat (because my bangs tend to puff) to which she said “Ganyan na talaga bangs mo, ‘di na bababa yan kahit ipa-rebond mo pa.” Uhm, wow? Is this how you treat your clients? Yet I still didn’t make a fuss since I wasn’t in the mood. Then comes to the part where I really got pissed off, I put on an annoyed face and scratched my head to see dandruffs falling, she asked me “ano problema MA’AM?” I asked her why do I still feel itchy and why is there still dandruff falling off, to which she replied “eh mam ‘di talaga matatanggal yan ng isang punta mo lang.” Which she asked another parlorista that just gave me a mocking laugh. As I was exiting towards the door, it said pull so I did, but it wouldn’t budge and I kept trying, I really felt stupid, NO ONE EVEN ASSISTED ME. I NEEDED TO ASK HOW TO OPEN IT. To open the door, I needed to push then pull it? Well you should’ve put that instruction in the door you uncultured swines. I wasted my 250php on crap service. Don't do the same mistake as I did. Find a better salon.

Cheap but the service won't last long i.e rebond.
