Nice staff and I like my shampoo and blowdry.

Great hair stylists, good customer service, with ample parking.

Brought my daughter to this salon for possible hairstyling on Friday, 8 June. When we got in, there were no customers and the stylists were watching TV. I initially asked for a blow dry for my daughter but seeing that the salon was not busy, I asked if they could do a hairstyle. First I was told "Oh, but that's 400 pesos already" and then was told they couldn't guarantee that it will be quick because what, there's a queue?? I don't see anyone, two stylists were busy channel surfing! Maybe they don't need the business but I see a huge need for better customer service.

We are misinformed!!! My girlfriend was informed "twice" by her hair stylist "Sr" that it would be just additional 700php to change the hair treatment to highlights since we're able took advantage the promo at metrodeal worth 799php for hair color treatment. Bla bla bla. . .Then after hair treatment they charging us for additional 1,500php were at the first place we are clearly informed that it would be just add 700php. We are very disappointed. We felt faked out. Moslty I am verbaly offended by the worthless-manager at the reception area because at that time when we are complaining she keep saying that i am not involved? FYI i was involved coz i am the one who paid the amount that was charged. We have repeatedly explained everything on our side but the #manager was not listening to us. She doesn't have good or quick resolution for our compaint instead she told us to go back this wed to talk personally with the hairstylist. She didn't help us instead she just rebutted very non-sense words on us. I do believe she should be responsible for that unfortunately she doesn't know her role as the manager. I hope this feedback could reach the higher management and do something that could be fair for us. If she really was the manager I wish to demote her if ever because i do believe she is inappropriate to her position. lastly make proper disciplinary action for the hair stylist that they called "sr".
