The first time we went, the service was great though when paying, the staff were staff were a little grouchy which made the mood different. The second time we went, the staff and owner were mean and inconsiderate just because there was only the 2 of us who went to the ktv even though we were going to pay the full price for 4 pax. The ktv was great but sadly, the people made the experience bad. Wouldn't want to go back after that experience.

The Little Frappe is a low-end cafe perfect for students and anyone on a budget. A lot of items in their menu, even their best seller - frappes are less than Php 100.00. The place looks cheap but do not under estimate the presentation of their food. I was surprised on how IG friendly their plating was. My only concern is the cleanliness of the cafe and the loud noise outside. Interior can be improved too; nonetheless The Little Frappe is a promising hang-out for people on a budget.
