I had my Jeep cherokee checked and oild change with filters . It was very fast and profesional .

I just had my Mercedes Benz serviced - 5000 miles - with Automotive Icon Inc. Spoke to Joy, advised her of the automatic service warning built in the car. In turn she stated that the service will be change oil. I did not sign any service request but I guess that is understood.. The only signed document was car parts/contents checklist . My major complaint is that they should have advised the estimated cost of the service. There is no document either. They did not even call to advise us. Per service supervisor Cyr Cruz, it is not part of their service procedure to advise clients of the estimated cost of any service. Quite a shock. Have and have had luxury cars ( BMW) and others like Honda, Toyota and Isuzu, but the all the dealers never failed to advise the cost. Of course I can pay Php 16,390.00, as exorbitant as it may be for a change oil service. If they had only informed me, there will be no issue.
