Location wise, it is accessible, easy to locate and with enough parking slots. Main lobby and bar is well lit and air conditioned. However during our visit, there are only 2 sets of table with 4 seats each meaning their waiting area can only accommodate a few. We actually stood for awhile before we were able to have seats while waiting for the next available room. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially for us who're new to the place. The rooms have different sizes depending on how many people are there in a group. The room we rented was okay it was not THAT clean but we understand because another group used it before us.

Good place. Pricing and promo are appropriate. Food is pleasing but nothing special. Great service and staff. My only concern is that their actual KTV is that the contents are not that good unlike those that you could easily rent for home use. They aren't up-to-date. Some karaoke classics aren't also available.

The place is cozy on the outside. Lobby looks cool and some spots are even Instagrammable. I was impressed by the rooms, it isn't as tiny as it is on other branches. As expected, food, promos, meals, are very reasonable. People are friendly and very much approachable.

Held my team's Christmas party last December 15. Had it reserved three weeks prior to our event date. The place can be easily located. The staff was attentive but one of the light machines on room 26 was making a lot of noise. The staff turned it off. Our pork barbecue came out late. My team already finished their meal when it was served. The food portion for 45 persons cannot feed a team of 35. I had to request for more chairs even though they know I had ordered for 45 guests. I hope they improve their services because Music 21 is our go-to place on karaoke events.

The branch is new and so much cleaner compared to other branches. However, the quality of their rooms are just so. The room was not as soundproof as it should be. But the food is good and the bathrooms are so clean and nice.
