Went there to get my dog groom. Groomer was rude and almost to the point were he seem like he didn't want to work. Even had the audacity to shout at me saying wag ka ng magpa kita sa aso mo ma stress yan instead of just warning me. First time I heard that from a groomer and I have been to many pet shops. For those looking for a good pet shop please look elsewhere.i really hope they'll have a nice talk with their employees. You are not winning any customer with those kind of attitude.

I did buy a Aquarium Filter here, Its been alive for a while now, Excellent Product but sometimes it just stops.

The store has a very awful smell, I just went inside covering my nose and my parents stayed outside the store, I would rather go to Ali's Pet Depot than Bio Research
