Emie’s Corner Tapsihan

Just a regular tapsilogan, located right beside the gate of Lodora Subdivision, across from Pepsi's main plant. But it's neater, cleaner, and more spacious than the usual tapsilogan, and the food is good, so I'm giving it 4 stars. Note to foreign readers: tapsilog is a common set meal, so called because it consists of tapa, sinangag (fried rice), and itlog (egg). A tapsilogan is a roadside eatery that sells this and other variants made by substituting the tapa. So you have longsilog (longganisa sausages), bangsilog (bangus – milkfish), etc.
