The people at the counter sounded unprofessional and unaccommodating when talking to. We wanted to schedule our dog for a check up. The doc said consultation is 500Php. When we spoke to the receptionist, she suddenly added 1000PHP on top of the 500Php so they could "Accommodate him" faster. Not to mention the way she was speaking to my father was very rude. With that kind of treatment of their clients is already giving us bad vibes about their services. Better look for other vets. Don't recommended this place.

I agree with Sandy Shores' review 2 years ago. This clinic do not seem to care about rescue pets or animals. It seems to me like they will give the animal a " death sentence" so to speak just because it is a stray or rescue. They do not seem to take the animal's condition seriously. Instead of delving into the cause of the animal's condition , they would say " oh the animal may have had that before because it is a rescue or a stray". There's no real effort in trying to find out the cause of the animal's condition, and only give symptomatic treatment without trying to treat the root cause of the problem. Another issue in this clinic is their questionable infection control. Remember, animals that are already weak will easily catch an infection if the infection control in the hospital is inadequate or poor. If you love rescue animals, please do not bring them here. Bring them to a better vet clinic that has compassion and empathy for strays and rescues. Not this clinic!

The veterinarians are good here. They offer compassion and assurance; they exude hope They also do a good job maintaining the cleanliness of their facilities. Their grooming service is highly commendable too. This practice knows what animal care really means,

Very accomodating and reliable

I go there a lot for my pets. It is very convenient with a wide array of services and good quality products albeit pricey. They have struggled to diagnose my Golden Retriever’s skin issues after multiple visits but giving them the benefit of the doubt. If the app allowed I would give 3.5 stars
