To: the management of cebuana lhuillier hinigaran. Sir and Madam you build your businesses to earn the money and at the the time to serve Filipino people especially the beneficiary of Ofw, but please do not forget to remind your staff how to treat the costumer nice. And as much as possible guide your costumer so we avoid any confusion. As far as I know myself always sending money to the Philippines thru OB online Banking since 2017 every month. But I am surprise my son was collecting the money today and the cashier told him not allowed OB at Cebuana only M. Lhuillier can do that how come. All my transaction is always OB and just today not allowed! Attention Banco de Oro if you think Cebuana lhuillier is not capable for this kind of businesses transactions can youplease remove from your online banking. Cebuana you make my day so bad, you cannot help people. 😔😔😔👎👎👎
