It took us almost three hours before we were able to get into a bus going to Manila...They don't accept advance bookings so u have to fall in line to be able to get a ride...We travelled 8 hrs. from Santiago bus terminal to Sampaloc Manila.

This terminal serves as drop off and pick up point of passengers going to north

Same dilemma in Metro Manila. It is always fully booked. If you're a chance passenger, better bring patience or go to the Five Star Bus Terminal (3 mins walk from VLI).
