Bought an alternator IC from them. After a few days, that part broke down. I went for them for replacement of the said item. They said they don't have it in stock. I opt for refund instead and they refused. Obviously they don't care about their customers. They blatantly sell them defective items under the no return to exchange conditions which is in violation of Consumers Welfare Act. You can easily predict the fate of the people who will shamelessly decieve others robbing them of their precious money and causing them serious inconvenience. In my case, motoring and safety inconvenience. The management doesn't realize that some people cannot and must not be messed with.
