There is only few seaport in the Philippines who are really potent or stiff in the administration for port security. A kinda surprising for me because it was my first time to travel by ship (2 GO) bound to Batangas. Here are the protocols happened and features of the port. 1) I paid 20 pesos for gate entrance because I asked the tricycle to drop us in the port entrance. 2) Pay the terminal fee 15 pesos 3) The port has security scanner for baggages and passengers. 4) It has a clean passengers terminal 5) Has CCTV 6) Before boarding 2Go, passengers are instructed to form 2 lines (separating male and female) with luggage/baggages dropped down. Then passengers frisking are done by port Marshalls with there sniffing dogs are of strictly exercised. I am just happy and appreciated such kind of effort done with this port.
