This BPI branch does not cater to the convenience of its customers. It is pure business and will entertain you if only you will invest your money to their branch. But when it comes to proper customer service handling, they wouldn't care enough. I have been calling this branch since last week because I need to confirm if my request has been approved and arrived. However, none of my daily calls (from different hours) have been answered. They don't seem to care for their customers' welfare. Either the contact numbers given by their head office are not working, or their phones arw ringing but the employees does not give a damn to answer their customers.
